Nick Adair
Nick is a driving force behind Liberty Canine’s results-focused training program. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Nick’s background—shaped by military service, leadership roles in construction management and supply chain management, and successful entrepreneurship—gives him a uniquely disciplined and strategic approach to developing reliable, well-balanced dogs.
As the founder and host of the Gun Dog It Yourself podcast, Nick has interviewed and learned from the most accomplished trainers, handlers, and thought leaders in the gun dog world. This access to elite expertise, paired with years spent traveling, testing, and evaluating dogs across the country, allows Nick to offer clients a level of insight and practical knowledge that is rarely available outside top-tier training programs.
What truly sets Nick apart, however, is his commitment to helping owners achieve the dog they’ve always envisioned. While he has seen high-performance dogs in every corner of the country, Nick understands that most clients aren’t just seeking a field dog—they want a dependable partner and a steady companion at home. His training philosophy emphasizes obedience that balances desire and discipline, creating dogs that are both capable in the field and enjoyable in everyday life.
At Liberty Canine, Nick works directly with owners to unlock their dog’s best potential through clear communication, proven structure, and a relationship-driven approach. Clients who choose to work with Nick gain more than training—they gain a coach who is invested in their success and a program designed to deliver meaningful, lasting results.
